Team Members

Team Structure

1. Leadership structure (shared): Each member should have individual goals in addition to team goals
2. Decision-making policy (by consensus? by majority vote?): By majority vote + consensus. If someone is not comfortable with something decided by the majority vote then we talk it out and reach a conclusion from there. Every idea is up for discussion.
3. Method for updating documentation and uploading deliverables?: Aura/Savi will send a weekly e-mail. This will also be updated frequently on the server, dropbox or github.
4. Day, time, and place for regular weekly team meetings: Sundays, Mondays (after class?), Tuesdays at the media lab or library.

Team Procedures

Method for setting and following meeting agendas: Leader sets agenda and uploads to drive.
Secretary takes minutes during meetings and ensures that each idea is documented for future meetings as well as looking back on ideas.
Leader uploads agenda a few hours before meeting while communicating with team members via text or Facebook message.
Agenda will be updated with notes from meeting and saved on google drive.
Important reminders will be sent via text message and any important information needed to be shared will be post in a git repository or a google doc.

Team Participation:

1. Strategies to ensure cooperation and equal distribution of tasks:
Small weekly assignments to be completed by each person.
2. Strategies for keeping on task (task maintenance): Timeline and project milestones, also finding a weekly meeting time to catch up and dedicate to working on project consistently. Google calendar updated frequently by secretary.

Personal Accountability

1. Expected individual attendance, punctuality, and participation at all team meetings: Meetings can be rescheduled if no more than 3 people can meet at the same time.
2. Expected level of responsibility for fulfilling team assignments, timelines, and deadlines: Savi will update google calendar to ensure deadlines are being met Level of responsibility is high, team is expected to be honest about outside work/commitments that may interfere.
